A great pool sized deck with stunning graphics for the burly old skool slash dogs out there.  This has a huge, medium height, square tail; longer wheelbase; medium/mellow concave and a spooned/slightly kicked nose.

This is one of the newer re-issues that now have a slightly upturned nose and also have a nice burnt in logo over the rear truck holes.

Having ridden one of these the other day I can give you a proper verdict.

I was expecting it to feel heavy and a bit sluggish as it's got a longer wheelbase and is bigger than my usual ride.  It felt really nippy though and lighter than my current Santa Cruz 80s reissue!  I really liked it way more than I expected.  It's like a slightly bigger and more modern late 70s pig deck.  This is what I'd recommend for any old 70s guy who wants a retro feeling deck to ride.  It's bigger than your 70s decks, longer, wider, has mellow concave and a little bigger wheelbase.  In short everything is altered to make an easier riding 70s deck- perfect.

Set it up with : Tracker Danforth 9", Indy Stage 4 166s, Ace 9", Slappy 9" or Indy 169s and Powell Mini-Cubics or Rat-Bones, Madrid "Fly", G&S YoYos, etc. for a genuine late 70s / early 80s ride.

Modern pool style wheels or any 80s reissues will also work just fine on this bad boy if you don't want to go quite so retro. ;-)

Now Alva have released their conical wheels too which would be more than a perfect match with this one. ;-)
