The Santa Cruz Skateboards Natas Shattered Panther VX deck features new and improved VX TRI-X technology that is longer lasting and lighter than it's predecessor, guaranteeing more sessions, more time on board, and more fun!
With Natas Shattered Panther artwork by Jim Philips, gold foil metallic artwork on our 9" shape with 14.25" wheelbase and ATV concave.
Construction:
VX decks are thinner, stronger, and have more pop than standard 7 ply decks featuring 5 plies of North American Maple and 2 layers of Tri- X technology. The fibre layers are on the top and one ply from the base not the base layer. This is so your deck will slide and feel like a regular maple deck but stronger with more pop. ;-)
Concave:
ATV is a universal medium-depth concave with symmetrical nose and tail kick that performs well in all terrains on a wide variety of shapes - for anybody, anywhere.
Set up Advice:
Trucks - 169s / 9.0" : Indy 169s, Indy Stage 4 166s, Krux 9", Thunder 161, Slappy 9" or Sushi "California" for a cheaper option. (159s would also work if you like your wheels "in" a little or using wide wheels)
Wheels - Any modern wheel you fancy. Spitfire F4 or Powell Dragon Formula if you want the best!
Transport Wheels - Santa Cruz "Slimeball OG" or OJ Super Juice.
